A leading global consultancy is expanding their data centre team, having secured several high value long term contracts. They looking for an Associate Director to head up Cost Management for a Hyperscale project in the South East.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of cost management across a Hyperscale Data Centre project—driving budgets, challenging assumptions, procurement and acting as a trusted advisor to clients on complex builds.
Attributes and experience
* Strong consultancy background in cost management / QS
* Experience on large, complex construction projects
* Data Centre experience ideal (not essential)
* Consultancy
* Commercially sharp, confident, and client-facing
* MRICS preferred but not essential
