REAL Success Ltd is a family-owned company supporting agricultural businesses with recruitment, staff development, training, succession planning, HR advice and consultancy.
As a “people life-cycle” business, we’re passionate about helping our clients find the right people for their teams through our specialist agricultural recruitment service. This is supported by a broad spectrum of training, consultancy and HR services to ensure our clients retain their best staff.
Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, your role will be predominantly home-based, with regular visits to our Solihull office. You will be reporting directly to our Managing Director, and your roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
· Contacting new client enquiries to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.
· Liaising with clients regarding the progress of their recruitment assignments, providing support and advice when needed.
· Create and provide job adverts and person specifications.
· Posting new job adverts on our ATS system, the REAL Success website and social media.
· Conduct detailed phone screening for candidates’ applications.
· Provide a shortlist of candidates for clients, organise interviews and trial days.
· Maintain a database of candidates on the ATS system for future roles.
· Complete relevant offer letters & employment contracts for candidates.
· Liaise with our Finance & Operations Manager to raise required invoices.
· Utilise and update the HubSpot CRM system, inputting all relevant client data, updating calls & tasks and completing the Deals pipeline to assist with future forecasting.
· Liaise with the Real Success Partners around recruitment positions relating to their clients.
· Adhere to all legislation and protocols set out as part of the recruitment service
Requirements
· Demonstrate previous experience in recruitment
· Knowledge of agriculture is preferred, but not essential
· Be a driven, motivated and results-oriented person who is keen to succeed
· Demonstrate a high attention to detail and good organisational skills
· Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner are essential as you will be speaking with candidates and liaising with clients every day.
· Have a positive attitude and passion for your work, upholding and demonstrating the REAL Success Value proposition (“Think Simply, Act Bravely, Be Real”) to all clients and candidates.
· You will need to attend and actively contribute to all internal meetings (in person and online), including Partner updates, group discussions and management meetings.
· A full UK driving license
· A proof of UK right to work

Initial interviews will likely happen over Teams before attending a final interview at our Solihull office.
