Our client, a prestigious design company, is seeking an experienced People & Talent Advisor to join their dynamic HR team. This permanent, full-time role offers the perfect blend of operational HR support and strategic project work in a fast-paced, creative environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Immigration & Visa Management:
* Coordinate visa applications, sponsorships, and international transfers while liaising with immigration solicitors
* Payroll Oversight:
* Manage monthly payroll processes and collaborate with accounts team to ensure accuracy
* Employee Relations:
* Provide end-to-end support on HR procedures including probation, family leave, PIPs, and contract changes
* HR Operations:
* Handle day-to-day queries, absence management, benefits administration, and employee data analysis
* Line Management:
* Mentor and manage the People & Talent Coordinator
* Project Work:
* Lead and contribute to HR projects including policy development, HRIS improvements, and pay reviews
* Compliance:
* Ensure all HR processes meet legal requirements and company standards
Skills & Experience:
* Proven HR Generalist/Advisor experience in a busy, dynamic environment
* Strong understanding of the full HR lifecycle and employee relations
* Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (working towards or achieved)
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
* Experience with immigration processes and visa applications preferred
