The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and new builds.
* Delivering high-quality client service with efficiency and attention to detail.
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth transaction progression.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
* Have at least two years of experience in residential conveyancing.
* Be confident in handling files independently.
* Have strong organisational and client care skills.
* Be proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
