Youll need to naturally be someone motivated to succeed, with a drive to go above and beyond You will need a strong sales mentality with a target-focused mindset Confident, persuasive phone and email communication skills Ability to build trust quickly and influence decision-making Evidence that you can be a successful salesperson, were open to what this might look like Desirable (not essential): Telesales or phone-based sales experience Private Medical Insurance or financial services knowledge Competitive, commission-driven background No insurance experience?
