Role Summary: You will be responsible for developing relationships with both new and existing clients, while maintaining helpful and professional connections with both patients and client secretaries. You will liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service according to the client needs. This is a fast paced role and requires the applicant to be able to work in a pressured environment. The RPM team is expanding and this role will give the right candidate an exciting opportunity to be a part of the growth and development of this team. Our interactions with each other, patients and clients provide a very rewarding role. Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with managing multiple clinics in an off-site capacity for a number of consultants, including; clinic scheduling, call answering, client liaising etc. Coordinate patient requirements to ensure we deliver a high quality, personalised service Managing daily client communication via phone/email and/or attending meetings where necessary with the RPM Operations manager or other members of the team Working closely with the RPM Operations manager and the Business Development team in identifying prospective clients and future areas of growth Activating new client accounts and clearly communicating clinic needs and requirements to the team to ensure a smooth transition Assist with onboarding of new clients Onboard and train new team members Provide continual learning and development to team members Conduct and document regular audits on teams work and provide feedback Managing internal and external email queries Host and attend weekly team, operation and BD meetings Attend interviews where necessary and assist with various HR functions and responsibilities on the team Manage any team, patient or client grievances as they arise Delegate all work in a fair and equitable manner across all team members Assist in the development and ongoing innovation of training tools and documents Ad-hoc duties as they arise Skills Required: Previous supervisory experience an advantage but not essential Strong people management skills Solid IT skills to generate reports- particularly in Excel, Salesforce etc Ability to lead, influence and motivate team members Willingness to learn and deliver training to improve efficiencies within the team Empathy & Professionalism Must be accurate and numerate Strong interpersonal and communication skills Package and Benefits: Salary dependent on Location.
