About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Integration Team reporting into the Senior Delivery Manager you will leads and manage all 'front door activities' in Integration.
Key responsibilities
* Will collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine business requirements, use cases and architectural requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
* Facilitate workshops to validate business problems and gather detailed requirements.
* Analyse key data sets to define integration requirements via APIs, batch processes, and data loads using platforms such as Software AG, Talend, and Kafka.
* Will estimate resource needs, costs, and timelines based on integration and architectural analysis aligned with project expectations. The estimate proposal document to include outlines in-scope, out of scope elements, conceptual models, risks, dependencies and costs.
* Work with solution architects by providing inputs so that scalable and high-performance architecture solutions that support business goals are offered.
* Assist in evaluating middleware technologies, tools, and frameworks for API development, ensuring compatibility with business needs and future scalability.
* Responsible for handover of the Project to Delivery ( Integration PM) .Will also provide support to the PM through estimation of change requests from stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the Project.
What you'll need to have
* Exposure to a similar customer facing engagement lead role or equivalent delivery of technical solutions via project management or business analysis experience
It would be great if you also have
* Understanding of Middleware Technologies – IBM Webmethods / Apigee / Mulesoft / Talend etc.
* Exposure to estimation models for project costing
