Social Care & Education are looking for dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our expanding team in Hinckley and wider Leicestershire. Responsibilities
* Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
* Providing personal care and emotional support.
* Assisting with daily living tasks – from cooking and cleaning to managing finances.
* Promoting community engagement through activities and outings.
* Maintaining accurate records and following support plans.
* Contributing to a safe and supportive environment.
What we’re looking for
* CPI certified (essential).
* UK based experience supporting adults in a similar role.
* Compassionate, resilient and a strong team player.
* Confident communicator.
* Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
