Location : Maidenhead, 2 days a week in the office, 3 from home Contract Type : Permanent Salary : £28,058 per annum Hours : Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday What you'll be doing You'll play a key part in helping us deliver engaging and impactful marketing and communications activity across the organisation and our charitable arm, The CWGF. Working closely with the Marketing Projects Lead and the wider team, you'll support the planning and delivery of campaigns, projects and day‑to‑day activity. You'll coordinate content, reports, and design requests. An average day would go from managing shared inboxes to arranging meetings, tracking budgets, preparing presentations, supporting our media and events work, and ensuring we stay on top of our marketing and communications assets. What you need to have Experience providing administration support Experience managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload Confident using Microsoft 365 Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to build positive working relationships Keen interest in heritage, history or the commemorative work of the Commission Who we are The Commonwealth War Graves Commission is an organisation dedicated to honouring and caring for the graves and memorials of servicemembers who died in the two World Wars.
