Take the lead on significant data centre projects across the UK & Europe!
We're looking for a Commercial Manager to take ownership of hyperscale data centre construction projects across Europe, joining a high-performing EMEA team managing more than €1 billion in annual CAPEX.
In this role, youll also support the wider team with CAPEX modelling, develop detailed cash flows, and contribute to the early-stage strategy process that shapes each project from the outset.
This is the perfect opportunity for a Commercial Manager, or Quantity Surveyor.

What youll do -
1. Supporting the wider team with commercial delivery across large-scale data centre projects
2. Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and CAPEX models
3. Drive cost optimisation and maintain tight financial control
4. Lead procurement, contract negotiations, and risk management
5. Work closely with engineering, construction, finance, and operations teams
