This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to Lead The IBD Specialist Nurse team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. This role will be central to the provision of a range of specialist services for patients with complex conditions within a unique and cohesive multi-disciplinary environment.
We are currently seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated Band 7 Registered Nurse to join the enthusiastic team and be responsible for the day to day running of the service.
Individuals should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and possess a willingness to take on new challenges
Main duties of the job
As post holder you will manage a case load of patients in nurse- led clinics for patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease and IBD related Iron Deficiency Anaemia. You will provide information and support to enable patients to make informed choices about their care and understand the rational of investigations and treatments

* Monitoring the effectiveness and efficacy of their treatments/drug therapy and implement any changes necessary
