Master Reformer Pilates Instructor - Chiswick
Responsibilities
Instructing & Programming
* Deliver dynamic Reformer Pilates classes across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels (~70% of your schedule).
* Design and deliver 1:1 personal exercise sessions (Reformer or gym-based) and initial assessments that are progressive, safe, and results-driven.
* Build and retain a personal client caseload through in-studio engagement and relationship-building.
* Stay current through CPD opportunities, internal training, and brand-led educational initiatives.
* Contribute to our Circle of Care by referring clients to allied services (Physio, Clinical Exercise, Massage) when appropriate.
* Uphold studio culture.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment both in the studio and gym areas.
* Hold a certified Reformer Pilates qualification from recognized bodies such as BASI, Body Control, Polestar, X Club, Exhale, HFE, APPI, Balanced Body, FRAME, YMCA Fit, Future Fit, or Virgin Active.
Requirements include experience teaching Reformer-based group classes, a strong understanding of movement, form, and anatomy, and excellent communication skills for client engagement.
Desired Qualifications:
* Certified Reformer Pilates qualification from recognized institutions.
* Background in dance, clinical exercise, strength training, or rehabilitation.
