We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and hygienic. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests and inquiries.
* Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
* Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented and ironed

* Proficient in English, with strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
* Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanour at all times.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.
