About the role
Specialised Nursing Services is seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our team in Stirling, WA. Reporting to the Directors, the General Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across the organisation. This pivotal senior leadership position will drive organisational effectiveness, governance, workforce development, and service excellence, ensuring SN Services continues to deliver sustainable, high-quality complex care across Western Australia.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing strategic and operational leadership across service streams focused on complex medical care.
* Overseeing governance, quality, risk, and compliance frameworks in line with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant clinical governance frameworks.
* Leading workforce planning and supporting senior managers to build high-performing, clinically capable teams.
* Working in conjunction with the Finance Manager on financial performance, budgeting, and contract oversight to support sustainable growth.
* Driving operational innovation and digital transformation to enhance service delivery.
* Representing SN Services with key sector stakeholders, government, and community partners.
What we are looking for:
You are an experienced leader who thrives on purpose-driven work. You bring a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and a collaborative leadership style. You understand the NDIS environment and how to deliver high quality services that are both client focused and sustainable.
* Extensive experience within the NDIS sector, with strong knowledge of compliance, reporting, and service delivery frameworks.
* Leadership experience in a Not-for-Profit or community services setting, ideally in growth or transformation contexts.
* Proven ability to manage governance, risk, and quality systems.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
