Serving over 12 million customers and employing over 28,000 individuals, the Group supports and serves communities through its operations across the UK, Pakistan and the Middle East About the role We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated intermediate Business Analyst to join our Business Process and IT function. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with cross-functional teams to elicit, document and analyse business requirements. The Business Analyst will contribute to projects aimed at improving Bestway Wholesale operations, digital systems and customer-facing platforms. Responsibilities: Elicit, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organisation. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business users Translate business needs into user stories, process maps, use cases, or functional specs. Support the delivery of solutions to various departments within the organisation. Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements using lean/process modelling tools. Track and report on progress of assigned initiatives or epics. Skills and qualifications we need from you: 3 or more years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the Retail or Wholesale industry. Strong understanding of agile methodology (Kanban and Scrum) and how business analysis fits into the agile ways of working. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio or similar. Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Knowledge of business process modelling notation and requirements gathering methodologies. Strong documentation skills (BRD, BRS, user stories etc…) Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
