We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the sales process, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to enhance our market presence.
Responsibilities
* Handle and progress all incoming sales enquiries from initial contact through to quotation and order conversion.
* Provide consultative support by understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.
* Prepare accurate, timely quotations in line with customer needs and company standards.
* Maintain CRM records, ensuring enquiries, quotations, and opportunities are up to date and visible to the wider team.
* Collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to share insight and support cross-functional activity.
* Escalate complex or strategic opportunities to the Sales Manager for guidance and support.
* Support exhibitions, customer visits, and industry events to strengthen product knowledge and customer engagement.
* Actively participate in training and development to improve technical understanding, sales skills, and market awareness.
* Demonstrate and promote Blackhall's HOTTIP culture and family values in all activities.
Achieving Sales Consultant Responsibilities
* Take part in weekly 1:1 meetings with the Sales Manager to review pipeline activity, clear out stale opportunities, and focus on priorities.
* Contribute to monthly sales meetings by sharing updates on enquiry volumes, quotation status, and conversion challenges.
* Maintain a clean and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring transparency and focus.
* Take responsibility for professional growth by engaging in sales, technical, and product training.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
