Job Information
Deliver excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure high standards of contract service delivery, meeting all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules.
Main Duties
* Undertake all required training for the cleaning role.
* Work within a team and independently.
* Follow all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
* Maintain cleanliness in designated areas according to SLAs and cleaning schedules.
* Ensure equipment is clean, maintained, and safe to use.
* Report maintenance issues promptly.
* Maintain security protocols, including locking doors and managing lost property.
* Understand the specific cleaning requirements and work specifications.
* Use cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals safely and effectively.
* Set a professional example in dress, behavior, punctuality, and attendance.
* Adhere to safeguarding policies and confidentiality standards.
* Ensure compliance of contractors and visitors with security and safety policies.
* Build positive relationships with customers, aiming to exceed expectations.
* Perform any other duties relevant to the role.
Qualifications and Skills
* Cleaning experience preferred but training is provided.
* Reliable, hardworking, and professional.
* Ability to work to a schedule and as part of a team.
* Self-motivated and honest.
* Committed to continuous improvement.
