Job Summary
Sugar Cane Salon is seeking a highly skilled and professional Advanced Esthetician Skin Specialist to join our team for 2 fixed days per week. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase specialised treatments, including Hydrafacials, Chemical Peels, Microneedling and more while contributing to the overall guest experience. The successful applicant will bring expertise in advanced aesthetic treatments, including facials, skin rejuvenation, and non-invasive procedures, with a strong commitment to client care, hygiene, and delivering exceptional results, while operating confidently as a self-employed practitioner within the professional and client-focused environment at Sugar Cane Salon.
Duties
* Perform advanced skincare treatments such as facials, and specialised skin therapies with precision and care
* Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding individual needs and offering personalised recommendations
* Utilise social media platforms to promote services, share updates, and engage with clients effectively
* Upsell additional treatments or products to maximise client satisfaction and revenue
* Maintain a clean, organised treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Esthetician or Skin Specialist with relevant certifications recognised within the UK
* Strong management abilities coupled with excellent communication skills
* Experience in social media management and marketing strategies for salons or similar environments is advantageous
* Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Ability to work independently on a fixed day each week while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
* Knowledge of hospitality practices within a salon setting is beneficial
* A proactive attitude towards upselling products and services to enhance client experience and business growth

Pay: £3,500.00-£10,000.00 per month
