Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in multi prime locations. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring exemplary customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. Responsibilities include introduction of Network Airtime and Insurance warranty policies together with smooth running of our top notch repair centres and managing / TRAINING staff, in conjunction with our "train the trainer" team, monitoring inventory levels, implementing sales strategies, resolving customer inquiries, and fostering a positive team environment to drive success. Qualifications
Have probably managed a mobile phone Network store
Must have loads of Airtime selling experience and Insurance policy experience
