The general manager we are looking for will ideally have some new opening experience and a high volume fast paced branded high street restaurant/quick service background with the ability to manage large teams, the P & L, customer service and drive sales.
GENERAL RESTAURANT MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?
* Experience as a general restaurant manager/deputy in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced
* Passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service
* A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
* A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, lead, coach, train & motivate a team to deliver results
* Financially and commercially astute with the ability to manage a P & L, costs, budgets, wastage and labour
* Sales building
GENERAL RESTAURANT MANAGER - YOU WILL:
* Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances - the P & L
* Recruit, train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team
* Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
* Maintain high standards of customer service
* Ensure all compliance and company systems & procedures are adhered to
* Drive sales to maximise profitability
