1. Process payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and expenses
2. Maintain full compliance with financial regulations, internal procedures, and UK payroll legislation
3. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure employee changes are accurately reflected within payroll systems
4. Record and manage statutory absences, ensuring all pay adjustments align with legal requirements
5. Manage employee time-tracking systems to support accurate payroll processing
