Are you a confident, experienced Care Manager ready for your next leadership challenge?
Join Embrace Care and manage a vibrant residential setting supporting two individuals with Autism and complex learning or mental health needs. You’ll also lead the development of a second residential bungalow a unique opportunity to shape, grow and lead outstanding care from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities as Care Manager:
* Lead and manage a care service and the adjoining new bungalow
* Ensure high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC regulations
* Develop and oversee care plans, safeguarding procedures, and risk assessments
* Supervise and support a dedicated team including Team Leaders and Support Workers
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
* Work in partnership with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Care Manager in residential or supported living services (Deputy Manager experience not sufficient)
* Strong knowledge of Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and complex needs
* Excellent understanding of CQC requirements and compliance
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care (Level 5 desirable or willing to work towards)
* A full UK driving licence
