Position Summary
We’reexcited to offer an opportunity for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Content Quality Assurance team in the heart of Manchester. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality,detail‑oriented, and eager to contribute to the delivery of exceptional gaming experiences.
Working closely with developers and guided by experienced Senior Engineers,you’llplay a key role in ensuring our games meet the highest standards before release. Fromsystem‑leveltesting through to launch readiness,you’llbehands‑onin validating performance, functionality, and overall player experience.
As part of the Content QA team,you’llhelp drive the successful release of games into User Acceptance Testing across both UK and international markets.You’llalso support the submission process to external test houses, ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
6. Execute test cases, reporting defects to the developer for a fix to be applied
7. Perform regression testing when defects are fixed
8. Reproducing issues reported from the field
9. Setup and maintenance of test environments
10. Provide daily updates to Content QA Manager on testing progress
11. Participate in exploratory game play sessions,identifytest scenarios, and write new test cases whenrequired
12. Ensure software releases conform to defined game standards and regulatory requirements
13. Previousexperience working in a similar QA role
14. Strong interpersonal skills
15. Familiar using bug tracking tools (Mantis/Jira)
16. Experience using QA Management tools (Qtest/Test Rail)
17. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Qualifications
18. ISTQB certified would be an advantage.
19. Previousexperience working within the games industry is desirable but not essential
