The Sales Associate is an Ambassador of Piaget inside and outside the Boutique by ensuring top-level service for each client. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets and proactively developing the client database through effective data capture.
Key responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate awareness of and actively strive to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to increase boutique performance and reach individual and boutique targets.
2. Assist and support after-sales clients and provide maintenance recommendations.
3. Participate in and represent Piaget during promotional events and activities.
4. Contribute ideas and recommendations to the management team to improve boutique performance.
5. Provide exceptional customer service that surpasses client expectations by following our “Piaget Touch” art of selling.
6. Ensure the highest level of service and care to all customers, both clients and prospects.
7. Implement effective data capture and follow-up strategies for clients, prospects, customer service, and reservations.
8. Build, develop, and maintain your own local and international client database to ensure repeat visits and client loyalty.
9. Resolve client complaints professionally, promptly, and successfully by investigating issues, developing solutions, and making appropriate recommendations to management.
10. Support boutique management with back-of-house and administrative operations as needed and manage daily operations.
