Responsibilities
We are seeking experienced Building Surveyors to support the Asset Management Team in delivering the Council's capital and revenue building works programmes. You will play a key role in managing routine service and maintenance contracts, overseeing the procurement and delivery of refurbishment and maintenance projects, and coordinating contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
Successful candidates will have RICS membership, hold a relevant degree, and bring significant Building Surveyor experience, with a proven track record in the management and procurement of maintenance and refurbishment projects. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders.

Working pattern
We are offering full-time (36 hours per week - Monday to Friday) and part-time (3 or 4 days per week) options for these posts, and encourage applicants to indicate their preferred working pattern in their application.
