Do you want to use your compliance and risk expertise to make a real difference to customers’ lives? We’re looking for an Oversight and Assurance Partner to join our Customer Trust team and play a vital role in building a culture of trust, compliance, and continuous improvement.
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across our Customer function, the wider organisation, and our Funeral Director network. Together, you’ll help us deliver a customer experience that truly sets us apart.
What you’ll be doing:
* Designing and delivering structured, thematic reviews that highlight risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Testing how our internal controls work in practice, so customers always experience a smooth and reliable service.
* Working side-by-side with colleagues across teams to spot how people, processes, and systems affect our customers — and how we can make them better.
* Turning insights into clear, actionable reports that help leaders make the right decisions.
