Work location: Sheffield (onsite, part time) Fixed term for 6 months.

Working hours: We are open to 3, 4 or 5 days per week: 09.30 – 14.00

The role and what you’ll be doing:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations? Do you thrive in a busy, vibrant environment where no two days are the same? If so, Littlefish wants to hear from you!

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to be the welcoming face of our Sheffield Office and a key part of our in-house support team. This is a fixed-term, 6-month, part-time role.

You will be:

* Creating a warm and professional first impression for visitors and callers
* Supporting HR and Learning & Development teams with admin and coordination
* Managing facilities requests and liaising with contractors
* Keeping the office stocked, organized, and functioning efficiently
* Handling post, couriers, and deliveries accurately
* Issuing internal communications and maintaining key systems

What you’ll bring:

* A positive mindset and passion for customer service
* Experience in reception or front-of-house roles
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Confidence in using MS Office and telecommunications systems
* The ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* A team spirit and proactive attitude
