Main Responsibilities:
* Attract talent: Identify and attract qualified candidates who are a good fit for the company culture
* Optimize recruitment processes: develop efficient and effective recruitment strategies to improve the hiring process
* Market analysis: Monitor and analyze labor market trends and developments to remain competitive
* Strengthen employer brand: Develop and communicate an attractive employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice (together with Group Communication)
Main Tasks:
1. Independent recruitment of specialists and managers for the two Swiss locations
2. Creation of requirement profiles and job advertisements in collaboration with the line management
3. Briefing and training of specialists and managers throughout the recruitment process
4. Independent coordination and implementation of structured interviews and work trial days
5. Maintaining and developing a professional and attractive candidate experience
6. Creation of interview guidelines and organization of assessments
7. Monitoring KPIs and measurement mechanisms (feedback, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment activities
8. Active sourcing of potential candidates through various channels and platforms, building and maintaining the talent pool
