Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
* Attract talent: Identify and attract qualified candidates who are a good fit for the company culture
* Optimize recruitment processes: develop efficient and effective recruitment strategies to improve the hiring process
* Market analysis: Monitor and analyze labor market trends and developments to remain competitive
* Strengthen employer brand: Develop and communicate an attractive employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice (together with Group Communication)
Main Tasks:
* Independent recruitment of specialists and managers for the two Swiss locations
* Creation of requirement profiles and job advertisements in collaboration with the line management
* Briefing and training of specialists and managers throughout the recruitment process
* Independent coordination and implementation of structured interviews and work trial days
* Maintaining and developing a professional and attractive candidate experience
* Creation of interview guidelines and organization of assessments
* Monitoring KPIs and measurement mechanisms (feedback, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment activities
* Active sourcing of potential candidates through various channels and platforms, building and maintaining the talent pool
* Active participation in the creation and further development of the employer brand concept
* Project work, both across departments and within the area of responsibility
Requirements:
* Higher education, with specialization in HR: talent acquisition, recruiting, employer branding, HR-Marketing etc.
* 5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the FMCG-sector (production)
* Proven track record of a high / successful hiring rate
* Great social, communication and consulting skills
* In-depth Knowledge of a variety of recruiting as well as social media tools
* Experience and track record in direct search/active sourcing methods
* Fluent in English, German, French (oral & written)
* Previous experience in recruitment within Switzerland is considered a strong advantage
* Proficiency in both spoken and written French is advantages
