Based near Liverpool Street (hybrid working available), this full-time permanent role offers a salary of £27,500 - £32,500 plus commission and strong earning potential. Duties & Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment priorities. Draft and manage engaging job adverts and candidate briefs. Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and referrals to build quality shortlists. Conduct CV reviews and telephone/video screenings to assess suitability. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication and maintain accurate recruitment records. What Experience is Required 1–2 years' recruitment experience (agency or in-house). Experience sourcing and screening across varied roles (sales, marketing, marketing, admin, retail preferred). Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach.
