Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor looking for a strong lead source and the opportunity to write 10–15 mortgages per month?
We are currently recruiting for a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor to join our clients' highly successful team in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious advisor to work within a fast-paced environment, benefiting from a steady stream of referrals from local estate agency branches.
With attractive commission splits, strong lead generation, and significant earning potential, this role is ideal for an advisor looking to maximise both their business levels and income.
The Role
As a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor, you will:
1. Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to prospective buyers
2. Conduct first appointments and convert opportunities into completed business
3. Work closely with estate agency teams to maximise referral opportunities
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the mortgage process
5. Generate and follow up on new business opportunities
6. Manage a high volume of mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion
7. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance standards
Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor requirements:
8. Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
9. Fully CeMAP qualified
10. Proven ability to generate and convert mortgage business
11. Strong communication and customer service skills
12. Ability to manage both initial appointments and subsequent sign-ups
13. Target-driven and commercially minded
14. Full UK driving licence
