The Technical Data Specialistwill provide high quality data management support to the Technical and Marketing departments. This role supports the digital transformation of technical support and information.
What you’ll do:
* Enter, coordinate, maintain, and validate all technical data and content for our tools that support customers and colleagues.
* Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across various systems, including internal, external, third-party tools, databases, and platforms.
* Adhere to compliance regulations and support in project delivery in line with Technical and Marketing digital roadmap and plans.
* Provide customer support by answering questions through email and phone.
What you’ll bring:
* Demonstrable experience in a similar data entry, data management, administrative role or equivalent qualification.
* Strong organisation skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
* Strong Microsoft Office understanding and experience using multiple databases and systems.
* Customer service mindset and collaborative attitude.
