Job Title: Technical Administrator

What you’ll be doing:
* Performing a variety of specialist and administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the department, including digitising legacy documents, maintaining accurate records, and documenting meeting minutes
* Processing complex and varied documents and information received from a range of sources in line with department standards and within the relevant company systems
* Collecting, formatting, and analysing data from multiple sources to create reports, schedules, summaries, and correspondence for internal use and communication with customers and suppliers
* Maintaining and organising technical documentation by updating filing systems to ensure traceability and enable quick retrieval of technical information
* Demonstrating a clear understanding of Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) requirements and actively facilitating health and safety initiatives to maintain a compliant and safe office environment
Your skills and experiences:
* Apprenticeship in Business Administration level 2 or equivalent demonstratable experience in delivering administrative support
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly excel
* Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels, coupled with the confidence to work independently and take initiative
* Experience in using Visio would be advantageous

The Site Digital Engineering & Configuration Management team:
You'll be part of a dynamic department made up of four closely connected teams: Configuration Management, Building Information Modelling (BIM), Modification Control, and Information & Knowledge Management. This structure offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across all areas, while primarily focusing on Configuration Management.
