Swimming Instructor - Penarth Leisure Centre - Cogan, Penarth Job Type: Part Time - 3.5 hours per week, Contracted We are currently recruiting qualified swimming instructors that are looking for weekend and casual work. This opportunity is also open to SEQ Level 2 or equivalent qualified swimming instructors that are interested in upskilling to a bubbles and splash instructor. Primary objectives for the instructor will be: To deliver engaging lessons aiming to build confidence and ensure a positive experience for all customers. To instruct participants in the core elements of physical literacy following the Swim Wales "Learn to Swim" programme. To be confident working with others in a fast paced environment. The Person You must have at least 1 year of experience teaching lessons as a Level 2 instructor. You will ideally possess an NPLQ or NRASTC (this can be completed at a later date) in order to lifeguard your lessons. Must be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
