Are you?
* Thriving as an Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, or Leader in retail or hospitality is a plus, but any dynamic management background will be considered.
* Driven by results, excelling in maintaining high standards and delivering top-tier customer service.
* Detail-oriented, mastering company procedures and communicating instructions clearly.
* Willing to travel within a 45-minute radius to cover other stores.
* Proactive, solution-focused, with skills in prioritizing, delegating, and developing a team to meet targets.
