What you'll do: Cooking, prepping, and plating breakfasts to a high standard Working with a skilled team and supporting new starters with procedures and best practice Following recipe cards to deliver a consistent, quality breakfast offer Carrying out stock checks, ordering supplies, and keeping records up to date Monitoring food safety standards — temperatures, cleaning schedules, daily due diligence Getting involved in deep cleans and occasional fine‑dining functions.
