Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for aRetention Advisorto join their business based out of theirSidcupDealership.
As a Retention Advisoryou will make outbound calls & emails to our clients customers who are nearing the end of their finance deal, you will be engaging with them to discuss what vehicle would suit their needs moving forward. The main aim of the call is to get them booked in to see a Sales Executive at one of our retail centres, where they can discuss the vehicles in more detail and take them on a test drive.
This role would be ideal for anyone with an interest in theAutomotiveindustry, or an experiencedSales/Customer Service Advisorlooking to increase their OTE. Our client is happy to train but wants people who are driven and tenacious. It offers a great basic and fully uncapped commission!
About the role
1. Communicate with the customer in a variety of chosen methods
2. Thorough planning and communication with the Sales Executives to ensure that our clients customers have the best test drive experience
3. Provide a tailored handover experience for each customer, ensuring customers have had a full introduction to all specifications available within their vehicle
4. Give them all relevant information around our clients current vehicles and offers
