Full-time, 8-hour days, 40 hour weeks

What youll do
Cook beautiful, fresh dishes to V&Mes high standards
Learn and refine new techniques unique to our kitchens
Develop fun, nutritious meals and snacks for children and families
Taste and source outstanding produce within set budgets
Support the Head Chef and Executive Chef with waste and portion control
Uphold the highest levels of food hygiene and safety
What were looking for
5+ years experience in respected professional kitchens
Strong skills with fresh, seasonal cooking, excellent knife and baking skills
A passion for quality, detail and consistency
Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a love for teamwork
Genuine care for the food you produce and the people you cook for
A DBS check (well support you with this)
