Your new role
My client is seeking a dynamic and driven Communications Manager to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead both internal and external communications in a fast-paced, global organisation. You'll play a key role in building our brand, managing media relations, and supporting our mission to scale impactful energy solutions worldwide. You will be working in a standalone role with a lot of autonomy to be creative in the role. Some of your key responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with company goals and values
* Create and manage compelling content (including video) for press releases, newsletters, social media, and websites
* Organise and manage events to amplify key messages
* Keep employees informed and engaged through internal communications and events
* Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels
* Build and maintain relationships with media, clients, investors, and internal stakeholders
* Monitor and analyse communication campaign performance and optimise accordingly
What you'll need to succeed
* 5+ years of experience in corporate or agency communications
* Strong copywriting skills and familiarity with internal communication tools
* Self-starter with a critical, value-driven mindset.
* Proven experience in video production and multimedia content creation.
* Skilled in PowerPoint design, newsletter creation, and campaign management.
* Detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling.
