Job Description
3. End to end accounts payable process.
4. Process invoices and ensure accuracy in coding and approvals.
5. Matching purchase orders and invoices.
6. Raising POs.
7. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
8. Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.
9. Maintain accurate and organised records of accounts payable transactions.
10. Communicate effectively with suppliers to address queries and provide resolutions.
11. Assist with month-end accounts payable tasks and reporting.
12. Support the wider accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
14. Previous experience working within an accounts payable or similar role in the accounting and finance sector.
15. A strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial systems.
16. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
