We are hiring dedicated Marketplace Advertising Manager to take ownership of all marketplace advertising activity.
This role exists because marketplace advertising is no longer a side task — it requires daily optimisation, budget control and commercial judgement.
Key Responsibilities
* Full ownership of Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
* Budget control and bid optimisation aligned to margin targets
* ROAS and contribution management (not just ACOS)
* Wayfair advertising planning and optimisation
* Launch and management of ads on new retail media platforms
* Close alignment with Pricing, Stock availability, Fulfilment and delivery promise
* Daily performance monitoring and action
* Clear reporting and insight to senior management
What We Are Looking For
Essential
* Proven hands‑on experience managing Amazon Ads (Vendor or Seller)
* Strong understanding of ROAS vs volume trade-offs
* Commercial mindset — you understand that ads must be priced into margin
* Comfortable managing multiple platforms and budgets
* Confident operating in fast‑moving trading environments
Desirable
* Wayfair advertising experience
* Exposure to Mirakl‑based advertising platforms
* Experience working alongside operations and supply chain teams

Shift
Full Time Monday to Friday
Shift hours flexible between 6am to 6pm
Between 40 to 42.5 hours per week
A 45‑minute break – with 15 minutes paid by the company

Salary
Competitive salary based on experience, starting from £32,000 per year
