By building positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
Desirable but not essential to be Level 2 qualified or higher in a UK recognised early years qualification.
An understanding of the Welsh Curriculum, or an enthusiasm to learn more.
Knowledge of safeguarding children.
