What You Will Do
* Identify areas for continuous improvement and ensure all quality standards are achieved or exceeded.
* Conduct investigations using problem resolution tools and techniques to address quality issues.
* Drive key performance indicators for Quality and ensure consistent monitoring.
* Perform product and process audits, ensuring adherence to written manufacturing procedures.
* Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming and outgoing products.
* Review supplier documentation and support supplier product approvals as part of a progressive assurance programme.
What You Will Bring
* Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Defence or Automotive sectors.
* Able to pass a DBS and SC clearance
* A strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances.
* Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
* Proven ability to work with customers and suppliers to ensure quality standards.
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
