RECRUITING FOR 2026 SEASON
URGENTLY NEEDED
* Lead, support and inspire the housekeeping / accommodation team to maintain Parkdean's high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation in caravans, lodges and communal areas.
* Oversee daily cleaning schedules, ensuring each unit is guest‑ready; perform quality checks and sign‑off on holiday homes and lodges.
* Coach, develop and train team members: share best practices, give constructive feedback, support growth in their roles.
* Be hands‑on where needed: stepping in to help with cleaning or resolving ad‑hoc issues to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain momentum.
* Report any maintenance, structural or safety defects immediately; liaise with maintenance team so issues are dealt with promptly.
* Ensure strict adherence to health & safety policies including COSHH, safe handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment safety, and Parkdean's safeguarding expectations.
* Monitor guest feedback and conduct internal inspections: identify areas for improvement, implement changes to boost standards and guest satisfaction.
Working hours/days: 9:15 to around 16:30 on Mondays and Fridays, needs to be flexible and be able to work weekend days either Saturday or Sunday.
