Responsibilities
* Coaching & Performance Development – Deliver engaging sales coaching, structured 1:1s, and real-time feedback to help advisors consistently exceed targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
* Driving Revenue Growth – Take ownership of monthly income performance. Lead from the front to ensure new policy sales and existing opportunities convert into consistent, sustainable revenue.
* Customer Excellence – Champion high standards of advice and service. Ensure every interaction delivers great customer outcomes and reflects our commitment to quality.
* Team Engagement & Culture – Create a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with core values. Drive engagement, manage performance effectively, and support retention through proactive leadership.
* Day-to-Day Leadership – Manage all line manager responsibilities including HR processes, absence management, performance reviews, and regular 1:1 development meetings.
