Your responsibilities will include:
* Open doors and greet guests with warm, personable welcome
* Assist with luggage according to our hotel standards
* Ensure that the lobby area is in impeccable condition
* Work closely with all team members, especially those in Concierge, Reception and Housekeeping
* Deliver things such as messages, newspapers, deliveries, amenities and more where necessary
* Security checks
* Assisting with Housekeeping duties such as preparing extra beds etc
* Taking and delivering room service orders
* Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
* Have an excellent command of the English language
* Have good knowledge of London and the local area
