Full-Time, Monday to Friday (with on-call Saturday once a month)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Customs Clearance Operator to join our team, specializing in Imports & Exports, particularly in foodstuffs and general cargo via groupage trucks.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled customs professional to manage end-to-end clearance processes in a role that offers stability, growth, and meaningful responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customs declarations for both Imports & Exports
Liaise with HMRC, port health authorities, and freight partners
Ensure full compliance with UK customs regulations
Manage documentation for groupage shipments and general cargo
Use systems such as CDS (Customs Declaration Service)
Requirements:
5+ years of customs clearance experience
Strong working knowledge of UK customs procedures and CDS
Experience with groupage operations and mixed cargo shipments
High attention to detail and accuracy
