What began in a garage ten years ago has grown into an international founder‑led brand stocked in over 20 countries, with a rapidly expanding retail channel across specialist art stores, stationery retailers, museum gift shops, design‑led homeware stores, bookstores and larger multi‑store retailers.
The Role
This is a commercially minded, hands‑on role supporting the day‑to‑day execution and growth of our wholesale channel.
You’ll report into and work closely with our Wholesale Manager to ensure smooth operations across stockist onboarding, order management, distributor support and new account outreach. You’ll need to be confident working independently at times, and taking initiative in a fast‑moving environment.
You’ll combine exceptional organisation with commercial curiosity and the confidence to engage directly with retailers – ensuring strong execution while spotting opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Wholesale Site Management
* Maintain and optimise the wholesale site to ensure accuracy and performance
* Maintain on‑site merchandising and product refreshes on the wholesale site
* Ensure pricing, catalogue updates and buy card information remain accurate and up to date
Administrative & Operational Support
* New stockist set‑up and account onboarding
* Maintain pricing documents and wholesale catalogue updates
* Complete new line forms (product codes, EANs, measurements, pricing)
* Where required, process manual wholesale orders and raise invoices
* Manage stock availability communication
* Coordinate sampling and range recommendations for prospective stockists
* Provide support with distributor needs
Sales & Growth Support
* Proactive stockist acquisition outreach (pipeline building and management)
* Support CRM tracking and reporting for the wholesale sales pipeline and updating the customer database.
* Work alongside the marketing team to provide updated email lists and support on email campaigns.
* Corporate order outreach and bespoke order management
* Manage repeat corporate orders and relationships
* Ad hoc trade show support (prep, follow‑ups, logistics)
Analysis & Reporting
* Support reporting and analysis across product performance, sales trends, geographic performance.
* Uncover additional insights that inform channel strategy
About You

Experience in wholesale, retail operations, or account support would be highly beneficial – particularly in a growing or design‑led brand.
