Overview:
Working for a leading Fire and Security training provider, you will support Apprentices achieve an Apprenticeship level 3. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the training sector.
A typical week:
* Deliver engaging & high-quality training
* Provide guidance & feedback to learners
* Carry out regular progress reviews
* Ensure quality & compliance standards are met
You'll need:
* Minimum 3 years fire & security industry experience
* Experience training/coaching others
* Confident communication skills
* The ability to develop & motivate others
