Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive – Wimborne – 5+ Years' PQE
Location: Wimborne
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (flexible hours considered)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
A well established regional practice is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (5+ PQE) to join its growing team in Wimborne. This is an excellent opportunity to take on an existing caseload and play a key role in a busy, well regarded department handling a broad range of private client matters.
The Role
You'll manage a varied and interesting caseload of private client work, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Trusts and related advisory work
* Powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters
* Tax considerations relating to estates and lifetime planning
You will also:
* Take over an existing caseload with full secretarial support
* Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and local referrers
* Engage with the local community and support the firm's profile
* Work autonomously while contributing to the wider team's growth
* Maintain high standards of client care, compliance and professionalism
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys client contact, autonomy and the opportunity to help shape a developing department.
Candidate Requirements
* 5+ years' PQE in private client work
* Strong experience across wills, probate, trusts and estate administration
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* A personable, community focused approach
* Confidence managing files independently
* A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering excellent client service
