What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering creative, individualized lesson plans to meet diverse communication and interaction needs
* Monitoring and reporting on pupils' progress, setting personalized educational goals
* Collaborating with parents, carers, and specialists (e.g., speech therapists) to support holistic development
* Maintaining an inclusive, calm classroom that fosters emotional well-being and safety
* Leading and mentoring teaching assistants to provide consistent, supportive education
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a passion for supporting complex needs and SEND education
* Skilled in child-centered and differentiated teaching approaches to support individualized learning
* Strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills for working with parents and multidisciplinary teams
* Creative, adaptable, and committed to a nurturing, inclusive learning environment
* Leadership experience or a keen interest in taking on Resource Base leadership responsibilities
